is a very cochet restaurant, with a very professional, motivated and emerald room service. at the culinary level the dishes are from 9 up. the merluza saam with mah. kimchi was scandalous, the eggs poché bounced in parmentier and duxelle shampoois really tasty and balanced. for putting a little something to improve, perhaps the noodle lacks a punch of flavor, of strength, the carpaccio that crowned it, great idea and good result.
