Dario's is my all time favorite sandwich/panini restaurant!! It never fails me! I first learned about Dario's, 4 years ago, from my patient who worked there and told me about it. I gave it a try and OMG!!! Their sandwiches are delicious, so flavorful, moist (with chipotle hummus/pesto aioli options). I love how the panini is so filling and full of different textures and flavors and well cooked. The big plus for me is that their sandwiches are moist and tasty versus the ones like in Panera their bread is so dry and crumbly when toasted. Absolutely delicious sandwich. I created my own sandwich using the ingredients they had. Turkey, Ham, avocado, tomatoes, onions, cheddar cheese, Pesto aioli and Dijon mustard. Toasted perfectly. I need to come back and try their other signature sandwiches and wraps.
Great little sandwich shop in downtown palatine. They have some of the best sandwichs. Everything i have gotten here has been very delicious. I have recommended this place to other people, and they loved it too.
