Der Empfang und die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Leider haben wir aber 3 Kritikpunkte: 1. Das Bad WC im Zimmer ist zum Raum verglast. Dh. man sieht komplett zu, wenn jemand sein Geschäft macht. Sicherlich hilft das Milchglas auf halber höhe etwas, aber jeden seine Sache ist es nicht. Dadurch bedingt, ist es im Raum sehr feucht, wenn 2 Personen hintereinander duschen. 2. Das Abendessen. Meine Partnerin hatte die Schlutzkrapfen. Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel dasMEI in Innsbruck war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und gemütlich gestaltet, und das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war qualitativ gut und bot eine solide Auswahl. Allerdings war es morgens häufig sehr voll, sodass ich den Eindruck hatte, dass die Sitzplätze für die Anzahl der Gäste nicht ganz ausgereicht haben. Mit etwas besserer Organisation oder mehr verfügbaren Plätzen wäre das Frühstückserlebnis deutlich entspannter. I had only the Crispy Duck, which consisted of a very generous part of the duck on a bed of vegetables in a delicious sauce. It came with a lateral part of egg roasted rice. It's a pretty smart-looking setup and was visited by what... how pretty well plundered from families. Not surprisingly in the ski season. It was completely acceptable, but perhaps a little pricy for the quality of food. There is no great choice in mothers and this meal served me well until I discovered the pizzeria. The Radler beer tasted like it had a shot of lime in itself, but I think it should taste like that.
Friends visited this place and said it was good (1 week ago). So now I decided to go back with them and this happened: *Waited 45 minutes for 6 spring roles. *Main course (Sweet sour chicken) came after 1h 10 min and it was tasteless....*Returned the meal and the staff taste it with her FINGERS in front of us. *Their fried duck was OK. They did mentioned the rice portion has HALF of it was last week. *When asked about the kitchen staff, the waiter did said it was changed since 1 week ago. So overall, unfortunately disappointed. Will not be going there again!

Die 4 Sterne merkt man allein am Ambiente. Sehr freundliche, aber trotzdem keine aufdringliche Bedienung. Alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Stoffservietten sehr hübsch Das Essen war sehr gut. Alles heiß serviert. Schön angerichtet. Preis/ Leistung in Ordnung. Wir würden wieder kommen
visited the restaurant 4 times during my stay at the hotel, the best dish for me was Zander with risotto, also very muched liked the burger and also the chinese menu. the staff is very polite and friendly. its not cheap but worth the price.
Modern, comfortable and in a great location. Breakfast was something we couldn't miss. We never had such a nice breakfast buffet. Parking was also good. One thing to note that there is no AC on most rooms.
