in the city part wunderburg you will find an undisturbed piece alt bamberg the brewery mahrs bräu, since 1880 in the family owned. the family michel understood to receive the serene atmosphere of the gastronomy. simple benches, narrow tables and a tile stove give a rustic and groundy atmosphere. If you're in bamberg and want to drink something, it's gotta get in here. inside it looks like Opas knits. but as opa 16 was! that is unique, beautiful and cozy it is simply not. how does it taste? no problem! Hopefully the mahr will never be changed! service is good, also eat. the beer is looking for his same, but that is known.

who likes to drink good beer should definitely look past the mahrs brown, the prices are very cheap and the beer very delicious. even if they order a razor, they get a very good mix of sprit to be, not like with other cellars, where they only have sprit in the glass and a small spatter beer. so definitiw worth a visit!
