A few weeks ago, I visited this restaurant with my husband and it was a fantastic experience. The food and service were both impressively quick and overall outstanding. Our meals arrived within just 15 minutes of placing our order. We both agreed that we would definitely return for dinner and drinks. The prices for both the food and drinks were very reasonable. The bar area was great, featuring a wide selection of games on the TVs. The game room was also impressive with a nice variety of options. I did encounter a minor issue with one of the machines, but help arrived in under 30 seconds. The staff member who assisted us was friendly and efficient. I made a reservation for a table for eight, but we were informed there would be a wait, which is exactly why we had booked ahead—to avoid waiting. The server took a long time to greet us and even longer to bring our drinks. While the server was friendly, they were not very attentive. We had to ask multiple times for drink refills, and our food arrived at different times rather than all together. The food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long instead of being fresh. On the bright side, the games were entertaining and the ambiance was enjoyable, with plenty of TVs around. Unfortunately, the food and service fell short of expectations.
When it was at the mall in cary it was great… but holy **** today was my worst experience ever at Dave and Busters. I spent 110$ on cards and VR, then went to get food, not a single server asked if we could figure out their new app( which sucks btw, kept freezing etc) then our food took an hour, then we kept trying to pay for over 30 minutes. And they couldn’t find our checks! Okay so dinners over no biggie time for VR…. WRONG!!! They shut it down after I spent 40$ on the VR
Great time eating at D&B...I never gave it much credence from a food perspective, because it's arcade/entertainment destination, but I was pleasantly surprised that the food turned out really tasty. I had the Fish and Chips and the Korean Sticky Ribs... No buyer's remorse here! Service was also on point. The dining room was kept super clean (saw the Host with a broom and dust pan around the dining room several times during dinner). ????

Came here to celebrate my daughter's birthday! The food was good and the kids had alot of fun! 1 star taken away for being understaff however our bartender/waiter did an awesome job giving the circumstances. We will definitely come back!
This place is awesome! Look at this burger! Now this is a burger! Courteous staff and a very clean establishment! Dave N Busters is the truth and I recommend it to everyone! And these fries are the best!
We had a wonderful time here with family and friends! Our group consisted of nine kids and eight adults, and the restaurant accommodated us perfectly. The food was fantastic!
Great atmosphere in the game area. Kids had a blast (for a small fortune). Ate at the restaurant in D&B’s. Food was mediocre at best. Overpriced bar food that is just ok.

The food was tasty, the service was better than expected even though it was busy, and the selection of games was impressive and up to date.
Everything was good but the wings that I ordered was cold.
