Dave Buster's West Nyack Palisades

I recently visited Dave Buster's with a group of coworkers, excited to unwind and enjoy some drinks after a long day. Unfortunately, my experience took an unexpected turn that left me extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided by the manager, Donna, and her coworker, Tim. As someone who is clearly of legal drinking age at 25, I was enjoying my alcoholic beverage and engaging in conversation with my coworkers when the manager approached me. She asked for my ID, and, unfortunately, it was in my car and not on my person at that moment. We came here as a family to celebrate my Brother in laws birthday. I can honestly tell you that the service was less than mediocre. We were a party of 8 and we were hardly checked up upon. The dining room wasn't even full. We had a waitress come over who wasn't even dealing with us and stated that we asked for the check. We never did, later on the original waitress Jada without even asking if we needed to order dessert was ready to give us the check as well. We were rushed, I am still trying to figure out why. We only ordered 1 piece of dessert and we told the waitress multiple times that we needed a candle and it wasn't brought out. We mentioned this to Jada and she responded with of course...

I recently visited Dave and Busters with a group of friends and had a great time. The atmosphere was lively and fun, with plenty of games and activities to keep us entertained for hours. One of the highlights of our visit was the food everything we ordered was delicious and well prepared. From the appetizers to the entrees, we were impressed with the quality and variety of the menu. However, I have to deduct one star from my review because we encountered some issues with the pool table we were playing on. Last week we went here for the very first time. Well it was nice having the place pretty much to ourselfs since it was a weekday and afternoon. But the staff was not very friendly they was like annoyed that we was there. Even the waitress was not very nice at all. I asked for a lemonade and ended up with a mixed drink.

The Spicy Taco Burger (a burger with 4 tiny tacos in and on it) is very dumb, but very tasty!
