My four coworkers and I decided to order pizza for lunch, and we were excited about trying the new Colarusso 's Restaurant near the Crossroads in Hanover Township. I told the person who took my order that it was our first visit, and I ordered two trays of pizza. I left my workplace to make the forty minute round trip to Colarusso 's to get our order. I ordered my pizza over the phone and arrived on time, but I ended up waiting a long time before anyone came to assist me with picking it up, even though my pizza was already ready. When I opened the box in the car to have a slice, I was disappointed to find that it was barely warm. They really need to have someone dedicated to taking orders and someone else for serving. The woman who was assisting seemed overwhelmed as she was handling dirty dishes, preparing food, processing credit cards, and dealing with cash, all without ever sanitizing her hands. In the context of Covid, that is completely unacceptable and goes against Health Department regulations!
When ordering takeout, be sure to add at least 10 minutes to the quoted pickup time. On several occasions, I found myself waiting up to 20 minutes longer than expected for my food. It really shouldn’t be this difficult to communicate accurate wait times for takeout.
I hate to leave such a negative review, but I feel it's important for others who wish to enjoy the delicious pizza without the stress of long waits. The management should take customer feedback seriously and make a few simple changes to improve their service. A bit of extra help and organization could go a long way.
Food is ok, but nothing spectacular for the price . Chef salad is good, along with the fresh tomato pizza ,oh and the onion rings. The other pizza's are kinda bland though . My biggest complaint is , when you call, you can hear the staff arguing horribly in back ground so loudly it's hard to even order. Then when you go in to get food, their still arguing . It makes you uncomfortable . It's ridiculous! Probably won't be going there anymore.

I'm working at Dr. Wolanin's office in Nanticoke and we ordered from your rest like 2 or 3 times a week. We love your choice of food. I don't think there's something on the menu that we didn't try and love. Your staff is always polite and generous when ordering our huge orders. Thank you.
Exceptional Italian and seafood dishes served with all the expected accompaniments, not to mention their delicious pizza. All the food is homemade, and during busy times, you can order at the counter, grab your drink, and choose a booth or table. You won't be disappointed!
Colarusso's never fails to deliver a great meal. We'll definitely miss the hugs from Naomi—wishing her all the best in her retirement! It's going to be hard to find someone to fill her shoes, but the staff here is excellent!
Everyone in our office absolutely loves the pizza and hoagies! The food is incredibly fresh and delicious! Naomi is an excellent waitress and truly a sweetheart!
