When I arrived to place my to go order, I had wait a few minutes before my order was taken even though the cashier was standing on the other end of the counter doing nothing. I then proceeded to wait 40 minutes for 4 chicken tenders, fries, and rolls (which I never received). As I was asking for a refund because I had waited forever and it appeared all the kitchen staff was gone (they left with their own to go boxes before all the remaining customers had received food), myorder miraculously appeared. I placed a wing order a day in advance for the Super Bowl, and when I arrived on Sunday, the place was packed with people waiting for their wings. I had ordered 100 pieces, so I was prepared for a wait. Even with the high volume of orders, my 100-piece order turned out fantastic and was a big hit at my Super Bowl party, receiving plenty of compliments. I really want to commend the staff and management for how well they managed the rush and dealt with some frustrated customers during this year’s Super Bowl. Great job, D'bo's!
Place used to be a real gem, new ownership the The Debo’s that I grew to love is no more at this location. I did a call in, when I arrived the food was surprisingly already ready for takeout. I got home opened the box took a bite to find out that the chicken tastes like it was redropped in hot grease. Didn’t have a fresh taste at all, totally disappointed. Sad to say that I won’t be back to this location again. Total waste of money!
This is a fantastic place for some delicious food! I stumbled upon it by chance, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Although I didn't order the wings, the person I was with did, and they had nothing but praise for them! I went for the Oink and Moo burger with bacon, and it was seriously thick. The quality, freshness, and flavor were all outstanding. If you find yourself near this spot, be sure to stop by for a bit!

I was wondering why I never ate at this place at this location! Oh yeah they answer put you on hold and hang up every time they are busy! I called back 10 times after the rude lady hung up on me and they never answered again. So I called off another phone because at this point I want to talk to the manager still no answer! Can’t support none where our own people are or work smh! Sad
I've been to this restaurant many times, but tonight was my worst experience by far. The chicken I had was not good at all. I brought my order back to the restaurant and, unfortunately, couldn't get a refund, so I opted for a replacement meal instead. When I got home and sat down to eat, it was still terrible—the chicken was old and greasy. I'm really disappointed.
They put you on hold for a while and hang up on you. Then want you to pay over the phone with your credit or debit card at 6pm over the phone on top of being rude. Would give zero if I could! Wings are good but the customer service suck! Will go somewhere else and especially where I’m not giving my debit card over the phone in the daytime!
Best hot wings in Memphis, staff WON'T answer the phone if you want to place the order. You have to go in person. The customer service can be hit or miss but the food is always on point.Food: 5/5
