Discovered as a couple of the Hotel of Burgundy on a Sunday evening... usually closed. Friendly welcome by a very attentive young waitress. Excellent meat. Good meal, and enriching exchange with the boss. It was a nice evening at LA CLAYETTE. Restaurant to be recommended all the more because lunch at noon is of an excellent quality value.
