You'll have to practice at the reception. The courtesy and the condescending tone are really limited. She must represent the city hall when she does it and good! Otherwise, the other members are polite and useful.
Excellent service, reception staff managed me perfectly to meet my needs. I'm really happy to have done with them (special thought to a nice young man) it's rare to find a kind staff today.
