Good welcome and good service from the staff. The grilled piece dish (filet mignon) with grilled vegetables and grilled potatoes...accompanied by a thimble of full bodied juice (I asked for and received a slight supplement) left me with a very unpleasant feeling of overall dryness of the dish. As for the CHF 36. bill without drink...a deplorable quality/price ratio. I missed the freshness, the generosity in this dish, too bad!
we stayed in the hotel (with room decor somewhat dated but clean and sufficient) one night, dinner was perfect and wine excellent. I tried a local speciality called Joue de boef , and I can highly recommend it! Breakfast buffet was simple, good and fresh.
