We were in this pretty restaurant, but very badly received to remove the coat that we were asked if took the aperitif, meal mold to camembert no sauce he came back with a saucier to add us to the sauce, tatin tart home, and we hit the micro wave, it all means. disputes in kitchen. Located in the centre of the small town of Ouilly Bridge, in the heart of Norman Switzerland, this small hotel has comfortable and clean rooms, without much charm. The restaurant , on the ground floor presents a simple map but fresh and quality products .the welcome is friendly. A good address between the Mont Saint michel and the landing beaches. Ideally located for beautiful hikes, in the Norman bocage.
Friendly owner. Relaxed seating, functional rather than cosy. Tartiflette needed serious seasoning, but salad perigourdine fared better if a little oily. Tarte tatin was pure caramelised gorgeousness; pineapple skewer absurdly overpriced (paying five and a half euros for one skewer of 5 chunks of undercoloured pineapple was more painful than having a whole pineapple inserted.
