Apero offered because I came from my hotelier I let myself try by the menu at 19.90 € For the Cruauté entrance salad: fresh with a good pesto sauce perfect to open my appetite For the dish the guardian bulls with his homemade fries: for once I wanted to make it simple, it was excellent at that time of the meal I could have eaten 4 plates without worries For dessert, small lemon pie with a caramel sauce. An important point for me when I go to the restaurant is reception and service and I can tell you that Vero welcomes you well! More when in the dishes are excellent...
In a beautiful bucolic setting of greenery, shaded by beautiful trees probably centenary, with a superb view on the canal, much more than a meal, we spent an excellent time at the restaurant of the carbon tower. An adorable and neat staff, dishes whose freshness and home have undoubtedly made, from the entrance to dessert is a real gustative pleasure! I can only strongly recommend this restaurant whose value for money remains one of the highest in this beautiful region. In summary: a pleasure for the eyes, a pleasure for the taste buds, without mistake, we will return with pleasure!

Beautiful place under giant pines by the canal. Very good reception, home cooking. Review the menu every day with always delicious and well served fresh variants. Three visits in two and a half weeks... stays three days, as never says three without four.
