In a natural setting in the heart of the Haut-Rhin in Alsace and a few kilometers from Colmar, the roasting restaurant in the Noble Valley offers a contemporary cuisine in a luminous and refined setting. Dining in the crane enjoy an atmosphere bathed with light thanks to the large windows opening onto the nearby forest. In the beautiful days, the shaded terrace invites us to enjoy the summer temperatures, while enjoying their suggestions. We are going to dinner with the meat formula at the brooch The meat was excellent. With the formula there are for everyone because of choice and will. On the other hand, what disappointment for accompaniment! Spätle were fades (I think without eggs and almost without salt) and not terrible vegetables. The chief was as welcoming as a prison door. Fortunately the rest of the team and the servers had a smile. The accompaniment has ruined everything and not will not return because of it. There were only the bakery pdts that were correct. Instead go to a chain then seen the requested price (27€/person for the formula). Too bad because the place is nice.
JOLI ENVIRONMENT! The rooms are correct despite the fact that they still have the model in 2020! Especially by period of Covid! The property is nice and quiet, having a terrace is nice. The staff is nice. A rich and varied breakfast. The diner in the form of barbecue was very copied, meat has will and important choice. The Piscien is not very big but sufficient to cool down, music in sound background would be a plus..
Quiet hotel, large parking, pleasant swimming pool, perfect reception, clean and communicative room with that of children. The bedding deserves to be changed The must remains the meal: simple and fresh products we have enjoyed. My daughter loved the queen's bite, and I enjoyed it with an onion pie and a lamb mouse. In addition, the very nice waiter who knows how to make her feel comfortable!

Beautiful charming hotel located in a quiet forest, a little away from the city. Indoor swimming pool small but very pleasant. Restaurant with good dishes typical of the region, generous and excellent quality of products. Good value for money.
Warm welcome, large upper bedroom with fridge and air conditioning. Nice restaurant, top servers, hearty meals, you can choose between several entries, dishes and dessert. I recommend Take the vacation checks.
Nice location for this hotel where we had a much insufficient service for a 3-star hotel. The atmosphere is very austere, the establishment lacks life and soul. I'm not going back.
We spent a night there, a pleasant location in the middle of nature. Friendly staff. We were in half board, and the meal was good and hearty. We enjoyed it and will return there.

We came there in 2016. I heard there's two room types. Ours was right. When at breakfast :copyux. In the evening, menu or à la carte. Satisfied.
Location top. Calm down. Large parking lot. Nice staff. Small pleasant swimming pool. Dining right. The bathroom should be refreshed.
