A fantastic location for a meal, a snack or just a drink, the L’abbaye in Charroux was always a favorite for me and the family, Jim and Michael the owners always make us very welcome, and are always our first port of call when we arrive in France.
Under new ownership. Finding their feet but keen and much friendlier than previous owners . Nouveaux propriétaires. Beaucoup plus chaleureux que les anciens propriétaires !
No pressure. but also, very good reception, and very good British atmosphere. Super concerts a few nights. is really worth the detour to spend a good time
very nice reception and quality coffee for a reasonable price. the site of the abbey is extraordinary
