We recently booked an evening Reception to celebrate my 80th birthday. We had never visited De Labra before and had only recently heard of it. When we visited it we knew instantly that this was the perfect venue. The room was ideal with an adjacent patio and had been attractively and practically arranged for the occasion with small tables, flowers and an adequate number of seats with enough space for mingling and entertainment. The food was excellent. Even when we thought we had had enough to eat the plates were so tempting that we couldn't resist them. The waiting staff were friendly and helpful and seemed to be enjoying it themselves which added considerably to our own enjoyment. I cannot...
I haven't eaten for a long time, another one of those gastronomic corners that my city offers and worthwhile. It is in the same place where the pulp shop was chaos, in the city near the ove of abuli, there is enough space to park and enjoy so much more than meters of farm with green gardens and centenary trees the last time I bake here could taste the fritura of vegetables and shrimp (a delicious dish and perfectly decorated,) second a pallet of lechal that was awesome, worthy of the best beans
The place it self is beautiful and elegant. They have Spanish new cuisine and some Japanese dishes and Tempanyaki also.They also have a monthly menu for a reasonable price. it is true that the reception of light has increased a lot, but from there to a table that has a zero illumination is a stretch. It's important to see what you eat. food was rich, something salty for those suffering from hypertension, few restaurants take this into account, when this disease is frequent. There's room for improvement.
