This restaurant is a demonstration of know-how and culinary inspiration as risk catches seem as incongruous as mastered. The kitchen honours local products and the sea, while not forgetting meat lovers. The one-of-a-kind menu offers an unbelievable palette of flavours, at home it was like: A Japanese inspired entry with a flame cooked half salmon accompanied by ultra fresh nori marshmallow. A dish composed of a cane magret with a mielleous sauce that perfectly accompanied the meat. The dessert is undoubtedly a gourmet masterpiece and elegance, a succulent wonder.
