we chose de luca because it was around the corner of our hotel (pullman theremund, also great). we were there as two couples to celebrate 2 jubilees. we were quickly put on our reserved table. all night over helped us about 3 different servers on one or other wise. first we celebrated with a glass prosecco per piece. nicely dry and light. the price was 20,40 euro for 4 people. brot came with a small piece of chopped tomato and a very mild aioli. on request we got even more brot (we asked before the basket was completely empty). we shared a mixed appetizer, which worked well, as everyone had a favorite piece on the teller. there was a beautiful aubergine and roasted paprika, salmon, bark and...
Das Essen war in Ordnung... das größte Problem hier ist für unfreundliche männliche Bedienung mit Dutt und Kinnbart. Ich fragte, ob ich Salami statt Schinken bekommen könnte (auf der Pizza , was mit einem zickigen „nein“ erwidert wurde. Die Gläser und Getränke bekamen wir einfach in die Hand gedrückt, Die Teller auf unsere Brotteller gestellt und Getränke mussten direkt gezahlt werden (Rechnung nicht möglich- wieso man die 2,80€ nicht auf der Rechnung haben will? Wer weiß. . Das schlimmste war, dass er jeglichen Gesprächen aus dem Weg ging und antwortete lediglich, dass er hier auch keinen Spaß habe. Unerhört... der Kunde ist hier definitiv nicht König.
Super unfreundlich !!! Man hat uns spüren lassen das wir hier aufgrund von Stress unerwünscht sind. Der Herr mit Kinnbart hat keinerlei Wünsche entgegen genommen und meinte wir können auch gerne woanders essen gehen. Versuchte man die Bedienung direkt anzusprechen, so wurde man einfach ignoriert um weitere Arbeit zu vermeiden. Zum gemütlich essen ist dieses Lokal völlig ungeeignet, man regt sich mehr auf als das man abschalten kann. Es scheint als hat man mehr als genug Geld und ist auf Kunden nicht mehr angewiesen.
we have booked for happiness, as this excellent family-run restaurant was full at the arrival of our main court. the workers were very helpful. I had a great Argentine bark fillet, followed by cream caramel and some Italian pudding wine. the primitivo red was as good as expected and we moved to the bar for another one for the road! the bar attracts well-healed friends, families and colleagues. it is located near the stadium and the exhibition center. I will come back to my next visit.

when we are in there, we always take a lunch break at de luca. with two companions, whom I served as a travel guide during their first European trip, we met our host and ate wonderfully. pasta with garlic and oil, pasta with garnel and Canadian jacobsms in a cream sauce, which was one of the best seafood dishes I have ever enjoyed. the service was excellent and the food presented uniformly well, fresh and perfect. we will surely come back.
we were with a large group during the intertabac exhibition. the location is not central, but the inner is very nice (but a little cold). eating was ok, some eat very well, some standard. the service was slow and the managerin (here) has clearly shown that she does not like her job. when you asked her something, she twisted with the eyes...Okay - but nothing special at all
Der Laden hat ein sehr nettes Ambiente und auch das Essen war wirklich gut. Aber der Kellner, der uns bediente war wirklich der Albtraum. Eine so unfreundliche Bedienung habe ich noch nie erlebt. Eigentlich hätte ich 5 Sterne vergeben, aber bei so einer Bedienung kann man nur 2 vergeben.
a very nice piece of jewellery on the heavily driven b1 opposite the westfalenhalle. great place with beautiful decorations. very courteous and friendly staff. eating tastes great and is well prepared. great desserts. so beautiful that we went twice.
