I think they opened right before or during the pandemic, and they've always been incredibly consistent during a time when so many restaurants are hit-or-miss in terms of service, food quality, order accuracy, etc. Their sushi is pretty good as well, though I usually get Thai dishes.
De Rice has a great atmosphere, kind of darker inside with nice lighting. We had the pineapple rice which had a great mix of flavors and the Korean rice that had a good spice kick even at a level 2. The fried tofu add on was also nice and crispy.
The food was excellent, an abundance of options. The server wasn't very knowledgeable about the drinks sauces in particular. I was too cold but the food was hot spicy. I will definitely go back but I will bring a sweater!
Enjoyed the experience. Ordered way too much so I had lunch for the next day. Got the Salmon Poke with #4 spice. I think it drowned out the flavor of the dish. My other dish also has #4 spice and it was good.
