We took a taxi into Bilbao from an airport hotel the night before we left Spain. We did a little shopping and tried to find a good spot for our last dinner in Spain. We took a chance at De Santa Rosalia, as it was one of the few restaurants we saw that had empty tables. NOT disappointed. We ordered the wagyu steak for 2 at 79 euros...OMG...it was delicious and well worth the cost. Perfectly cooked and served sliced. The bottle of wine for 16 euros, that was also delicious, well compensated for the cost of the steak. The wine is supplied by an organic vineyard called Garmendia...This was probably one of the best wines we had in Spain (including) Rioja. A bottle like that back home in Canada w...
Specialty: wagyu premier quality beef from japanese origins Apetizers: very tasty apetizers feom the house Beef plates: melting in mouth, generousssss amount of meat. The wok, the flank and the ribs are awesome the wok ; Wine: the red wine vieilli en fût de chêne from the house is ssssavoury Desserts: the soufflé is heaven; creme brulee and cheeseeke are homemade coffees: tasty Overall: would definitely go back; super savoury food for very good price! I so recommend bee lovers to go enjoy.
Restaurante razoável. Atendimento um pouco lento, a comida não era má, no entanto as almôndegas não tinham acompanhamento, mas estavam muito bem confecionadas, o wok tinha bom sabor no entanto tinha demasiada gordura, é muito quente. As sobremesas eram boas No geral não é um mau restaurante mas alguns aspetos que poderiam ser melhores.
Almost all dishes revolve around the wagyu beef in this classy restaurant that also has a terrace. We tried the sobrecostilla, the picanha and the wok, all very tasty. Amazingly good Garmedia red wine (2011) for less than 10€ the bottle! Friendly staff.

Estábamos tarde buscando la cena, así que la mayoría de los lugares estaban llenos, pero probamos este lugar y no nos decepcionó! La comida era preciosa, buen servicio y excelente vino!
