Dear Franks is my top choice for gourmet Vienna Beef products on the entire North Side whenever I'm in town. Fantastic food! Our top pick is the Turkey Polish-style hot dog loaded with all the toppings—it's just as delicious as the beef version but with lower fat and cholesterol. We ordered dinner for the family tonight, and it was a disappointing experience. The beef sandwich with mozzarella was not prepared correctly. The cheese sauce for the cheese fries was nearly solid. The pita on the gyro sandwiches was dry and crumbled easily, and the meat was overcooked. I'm not sure how long this restaurant has been in operation, but it seems like they either lack the knowledge to prepare the food properly or the staff just didn't care tonight.

I ordered the Crispy chicken sandwich and fries. Both were very fresh and hot. Just one bite into the sandwich and I felt a nice crunch of the veggies and the chicken. Highly affordable and amazing quality. The owner is very kind and came over to my table to talk to me. As I am new in deerfield , that friendly approach meant a lot to me. Would recommend as a regular breakfast snack dinner joint for everyone.
This is the best hotdog stand in the chicago area. These are the nicest people who have owed the establishment for over 20 years. The cheese fries are the best, they have their own cheese. It’s an even better merks if that’s possible
