Top! Minuscule restaurant in the heart of the chips, there are only 10 places so think to reserve your place for Sunday brunch. The formula is perfect, excellent teas, coffee and fruit juice a dish to choose (According to the theme of the day), accompanied by its glass of wine. Great value for money because it was hearty and really good. The boss shares his experience of his installation in St Ouen and it makes you want to come back!
We will say that Degaine the chips is trendy but if to be trendy it rhymes with simplicity, fresh products, that we are greeted with the smile, and that there reigns a small perfume of Italy (from the Mediterranean, in fact), then yes, let's go and go back! If St-Ouen has to have a new face, then Degaine the chips brings his (modeste but sympathetic) contribution.
