I stopped here for lunch and used the outdoor seating the waiter barely acknowledged me and just grunted when I sat down (at this point I should have just gone I ordered off the menu del dia the paella was not available so had a rather basic salad (the tinned tuna was tasty though! , the chicken and potatoes was ok, however by the time I finished I was so fed up with the surly service from the waiter I just wanted to get a coffee and go but they had no coffee!!! Despite items not being available when I passed later in the day they were still shown as available. Went with a tour, which was very good. At the end we had a sangria and lunch at Majazul. We got there near 12p, the place is big and well decorated, however the service was very poor, staff barely wants to work there, we had to call them each and every time, then it's the food, it was just plain bad. We had the ratatouille, baked codfish bacalao), gazpacho and arroz con leche. We couldn't finish any of it. I imagined being like Gordon Ramsay and insulting everybody for the bad food. Our day at Toledo was beautiful, we had great meals at Madrid, Barcelona, Rome and Paris on out 15 day vacation, this was easily, by far, the worst meal we had, would have gone to McDonalds better. Though we planned on another restaurant, it was cold, drizzling and Majazul was next to our hotel, so that's where we went. Empty, though it filled later, but probably started me with concerns. We were seated promptly, and service was good. Ham croquettes were a very good start. But we ordered the partridge, a house specialty, which was just ok. Bland, perhaps a touch overcooked. Perhaps that's how it should be cooked, but I wished I'd had something else. I'd probably try it again, ordering something else.
Different menu de dias available at pricepoints from 10-19€ for 3 courses. Unpretentious and authentic home-cooked comfort food. Ossobuco was truly delicious, with waxy potato slices infused with the gravy of melting, slow-cooked, tender veal. Also, the glass of wine included was very generously poured. We really savoured this home-cooked meal.

We dined here for dinner, during off season @7pm due to having very young children. It’s difficult to eat early in Spain with children so this was very nice. They welcomed us, played with the children offered them treats... which allowed us parents to eat their delicious food. I especially recommend their house salad. Gracias!
Nos comimos un atún tres muy buenos testuras y unas croquetas caseras iguales a las buenas, entonces pedimos dos platos pero ya estábamos super llenos para seguir comiendo así que lo tomamos para una buena casa en el plato y una hamburguesa marjaliz. precio 70 e con botella de vino. si fuera algo más económico sería ideal
un lugar para repetir sin duda. la comida muy buena, de aperitivo tenemos una pate que amamos, las croquetas espectaculares, la carne en su punto y el delicioso pescado. (el tiramusu no está completamente convencido.) personal profesional, atento y muy amable... estamos encantados.
Buena elección en el barrio judío. Hemos comido allí un sábado a media jornada. Era silencioso y la atención ha sido buena y rápida. Hemos ordenado el menú del día de 18 euros/persona, y tanto la calidad como la cantidad de los platos han sido muy satisfactorios.
