After deciding on this restaurant to be part of our family New Years Eve celebrations we were beyond disappointed with the whole evening. On arrival we were offered champagne and a small selection of canapés for a table of 7, with not everyone on the...table being able to try each canapé. After ordering starters there was about 20 minutes between all main courses arriving, so we could not all enjoy our meals together. Items that were ordered and not served were still listed on the bill. Even items that were served were incorrect (wrong steak cut and wrong ice cream flavours) Overall service was slow but the wine was nice, even though the choice wine was not available on the night. We have just had a week in Saas Fee staying at the Ferienart Hotel. Within the hotel there is an amazing restaurant called the Cesar Ritz which serves a delicious five course dinner. The food is beautifully presented, the waitresses and waiters are extremely helpful and the Maitre d' and his second in command could not have been more helpful. A very comprehensive wine list - all in all absolutely excellent. On one evening we were celebrating an occasion and the maitre d' scattered fresh rose petals on our table - such a lovely touch. the houser ritz is a delicious restaurant within the ferienart resort where I stayed with my partner. the food is delicious and the presentation of the dishes rather cured. the staff is always smiling and very kind, very attentive to the guests. the restaurant is elegant, rather large, there is a lot of space between the tables and a romantic piano sound makes the background to the dinner, giving the right relaxation and creates atmosphere. I dined 5 nights, and got 5 fantastic and abundant breakfasts at the casar ritz, based on excellent quality products.
Staying in ferient almost ate in casar ziz every day. The daily five corridor dinner is excellent. The restaurant is big, but the service and quality leaves nothing to wish for. Without reporting this before, the table of pink leaves was provided in honor of my wife's birthday and the candles. Very considerate! The wine list is overseas, extensive with local and international wines and not particularly expensive. The dishes are changing and offering a nice choice. It was a pleasure having dinner here several nights.

exceptional service - attentive without being oppressive - refined and varied cuisine (in 10 days we were able to see the variety of preparations) in a beautiful environment. A half board to be recommended! special breakfast, with a very rich and high quality buffet. and always this high-level service!
This restaurant is located at the Ferienart Resort Hotel and offers a good kitchen. Different breakfasts with a wide range of yogurts, fruits, fresh baking, sausage and hot dishes, and champagne and good coffee. The menu last night is a little modest, but it's good.
This restaurant seems part of five star hotel, the restaurant has a bit of that feeling. But prices are similar to other restaurants in the city, pizza just best at same price and they have great selection of wines.

The tomato cream soup and the homemade pasta gorgonzola were amazing! The staff is really caring and knowledgeable. We received good advice for the wine to accompany our food.
Good food, great place! Perfect for dinner. Authentic Swiss or German foods which are delicious but pricey.
