The service here is become horrible at this location in Moore. I miss the old manager and the other location that was downtown Moore location. These young girls that serve are horrible. They all need new management and staff. I have been coming to this brand of business for a very long time, this is the worst location of service. 2/12/2021 I came to the location and waited 30 minutes for some cold food and old fries that tasted like a card board box. This is the third time, it’s unacceptable! Bring back the seasoned manager who cared for the community, she really was one of a kind. I’m definitely going viral on my recording of the experience. I ordered the Old Fashioned and onion rings. The burger was well assembled and my compliments to the cook. The burger patty was a little salty for my tastes but I have a low tolerance for salty foods. The onion rings were tasty and crisp. My compliments also to the young man who came by the table twice to ask if we needed anything. He also volunteered to prepare to go cups for our tea. The overall dining experience was pleasant thanks to the staff.
Since they decided to do away with their basket combos, their prices are completely out of hand. Ordered 3 steak sandwiches, a cheeseburger, a kids hotdog, 3 onion rings and 1 order of fries and 4 drinks. $72.00!!! That averages out to almost 15.00 per meal with after tip. Yeah, I will not be going back.
Always get the steak sandwich and homemade mashed with okra. Never changes always fresh , and delicious. Never tried the burgers or any thing else there. Probably never will cause it's known for the steak Supreme sandwich. Service os great you sit down and order on the phone.at the table. ? enjoy
