Del Vecchios - Table reservation

Food was great and staff was super friendly and delightful. Food arrived in a timely manner even though they were non-stop busy with pickup orders. We got a chicken parm stromboli and a build your own calzone. Absolutely cooked throughout to perfection and no doughy bits even though it is packed with toppings. Very filling food and decent prices on pints. There's not much more you could ask for. If you do dine in during the evening, I would recommend not sitting facing the window or headlights will get shone in your face. This no fault of the restaurant, just an annoyance that I thought I would share.

Ordered a pick-up order online. It was ready in 20 minutes. The pizza was good, NY style. The sausage was shaved, almost like Italian beef. We also ordered the chicken parmesan, which weighed about 5lbs. It came with two delicious garlic knots. Definitely ask for extra pasta sauce or an extra side of sauce. By the time we ate the pasta, it was pretty dry but tasty. I would definitely go back and try some sandwiches and order more garlic knots.

Best pizza in Asheville! Tonight, after several amazing experiences, a mistake was made. No worries, it happens. But I don’t ever think I’ve received the kindness and outstanding customer service that I was shown tonight! This place continues to win me over, and I’ve been a fan for awhile now.

Good sized servings. But I don’t understand the rave reviews. Lasagna was not very flavorful. And some the pasta was hard and brittle. Folks were nice. Atmosphere is typical hole in the wall with limited seating and not sparkling clean. Just not impressed, so probably won’t be going back.

Salads are INCREDIBLE!!!! They come with garlic bread knots that are to die for!
