accepting to serve the irish cofe while you don't know how to do it, I find it unacceptable and not very professional! the joke put cold whisky on a coffee and half whip in a cognac glass 1st review for me but it was really but really unique and so funny that it deserves this comment to be a couple of restaurants. Come to dunkerque if he gives you lessons. hot chocolate was good there during our first visit the manager (I think) was super welcoming and attentive.
