I visit this restaurant almost every other day. Today, the server made a mistake with my order, which was supposed to come with French fries. Instead of acknowledging the error, they insisted I look at a picture to confirm. I shouldn't have to rely on a picture; if the menu states the dish includes fries, it should come with fries. This should not be optional. The server seemed unable to read properly and lacked professionalism. I found this behavior to be uneducated and truly disappointing.
The food is amazing with authentic flavors. The restaurant is clean and always a reliable choice. The staff is efficient, polite, and always willing to help. The arepas rellenas, desayuno caleño, and other specialties are worth trying every time you visit.
