Premetto che mi piace la cucina tedesca, ma a piccole dosi. Però cerco di moderare i piatti succulenti e maiale in tutte le salse con iniezioni di cucina mediterranea, cominciando da pomodori, feta e cipolle con qualche oliva kalamata. Poi un bell'arrosto di carne alla greca maniera completa l'opera. E così è andata al Delphi, trovato per caso. Mi ha sorpreso la qualità delle carni e la gentilezza di chi mi ha servito. Bravi!
Nachdem wir die Getränke erst nach 30 Minuten bestellen konnten und nach 45 Minuten immer noch keine Gelegenheit hatten das Essen zu bestellen sind wir wieder gegangen. Es gab weder eine Entschuldigung noch eine Erklärung, nur vorwurfsvolle Blicke. Wir waren nicht die einzigen Gäste, die unzufrieden waren.
In all den Jahren, in denen wir dort gegessen haben, hat die Qualität nicht nachgelassen.Es ist einfach gut und die Wirtsleute sind ganz arg nett.
