I placed my takeout order and was quoted a 30 minute wait. I arrived at the 20 minute mark knowing I would have to wait for it to get done. I was within view of where they keep the pizza warm. I waited for another 40 minutes for my order. At the one hour mark I walked up and asked if my order was completed. I was then given an order that was sitting on top of the oven since I had arrived. I confirmed the pizza was correct in store but was not able to confirm the contents of the bag since they staple them shut. Upon arriving home we were not given our garlic knots but instead someone else’s spaghetti. We called the store to let them know about the mix up and the manager on duty was rude, made...
