Precioso y fantástico rincón en Santander. Es una casa familiar rehabilitada, creo que de los años 50. Tiene un jardín increíble. Esta situada a 5 minutos de la playa del Sardinero. En Deluz además de comer, disponen de menú diario, se pueden realizar eventos, desayunos, bodas...etc. Su cocina es elaborada con productos de calidad. Con la decoración han mantenido el encanto de los 50, manteniendo la historia del lugar. Tienen varios salones y mesas en el jardín. Cuidan todos los detalles, me hubiese encantado verla de noche. Es un lugar perfecto, para ir a comer con tu pareja, para celebrar algo o únicamente para disfrutar de una buena cocina. Deluz es acierto seguro.

Entramos en un restaurante de otro nivel, una casa espectacular que ha sido adaptada para convertirse en un gran restaurante. Según entres, no te llevarán a la mesa, salvo que así lo desees. Te dejarán pasar a una sala previa en la que tomar algo y comenzar a disfrutar. Una vez te sientes en la mesa, que pedir será lo de menos, pues todo va a estar bueno y te va a generar sensaciones, sin duda es un restaurante que te va a impresionar. Personalmente, tengo un recuerdo de un plato sencillo pero que me dejo un sabor en la memoria, los huevos de Anero con bacalao. Da por Hecho que la atención será perfecta.
