We went here for our birthdays, and felt very spoiled. It was exciting to know what dish would be next. There were so many favorites that I wish I had more of. We had the fall menu, and loved the pasta, fish, bison, and their main desserts. Service was great and they were knowledgeable about all the dishes and ingredients. It's a tiny restaurant and pretty amazing they can cook all that amazing food in that small kitchen. We also enjoyed the front view of all the chefs preparing our food. If I had to say one bad thing about this place, then it was the birthday cake they served us. It was a nice gesture and it wasn’t expected, but they really didn’t have to (nor should’ve served it). We ordered the 11-course tasting menu, but I only enjoyed three of the courses. Many of the dishes were overly salty, and overall, the food did not impress. By the end of the meal, I did feel full, but it wasn't a satisfying fullness. Be prepared to spend about 2.5 hours there. The staff were friendly and the service was good; however, the drinks were quite pricey, ranging from $18 to $25 per cocktail. Would I return? I think not. Also, be aware that a 21% automatic gratuity is added to your bill. **Service:** Dine-in **Meal type:** Dinner **Price per person:** $100+ **Food:** 3/5 **Service:** 5/5 **Atmosphere:** 3/5 **Parking:** Somewhat difficult to find parking (Paid park...

Demi is an intimate restaurant with just 24 seats, featuring a chef's table setting. They offer a seven-course tasting menu, and the staff is attentive without being intrusive. The chefs personally present each course and clearly put a lot of thought into their seasonal dishes. The atmosphere is wonderful, making it a perfect spot for a classy meal. I highly recommend Demi to anyone in the Twin Cities looking for a great dining experience. Food: 5/5

Seriously the best meal of my life. Flawless service, even knew my name when I sat down! Couldn't recommend this place any more. The only downside is you need to make a reservation in advance and it's expensive. But for a special occasion, I would 100% recommend. The tasting menu at Demi is undoubtedly a worthwhile splurge for a special occasion. My wife couldn't stop saying "wow" throughout the meal—far more times than I could keep track of. I would gladly look for another special occasion to return. The food was exceptional, and the service was top-notch as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best meal I have had in the cities. Very cool atmosphere, perfect for a dinner for 2 but not ideal for a large group due to seating arrangement. That said the food is better than any other restaurant I've visited and the experience is worth the hefty price tag. If you don't like white wine don't order the wine pairing.Food: 5/5

We have visited Demi three times. The first two experiences were enjoyable, with excellent dishes and great service. However, our most recent visit was disappointing. The food was underwhelming, and we left feeling hungry. It seems like something has changed, and they may have lost their touch. Rating: 3/5.
