We had Diana as our server and she was fantastic! She was constantly busy attending to many tables, but still managed to provide great service to ours. She was very kind and made sure everything was taken care of. The food took a bit longer to arrive at our table, but the restaurant was busy so it was understandable. I had a small issue with the fruit bowl, as there seemed to be mold on a grape. When I brought this up to Diana, she immediately offered to make a new one herself. The replacement fruit bowl was delicious. Diana ensured that we had a great dining experience overall.
Stopped there around 2am last week and I was met by a waitress by the name of Daphney. She was so sweet! I was so tired and struggling w/ my very cranky tired son. She held and played with him just so I can have time to eat! She said she was a mom so she understood. They were busier than I expected for that time of morning but she seemed to handle the traffic well! They really need some help in there though!!! There is only but so much one person can do and she seemed to be doing everything! Her service went above and beyond ??!
I was on vacation and on my way to the airport to fly back home when I decided to stop in for a quick meal. The service I received at this restaurant was exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The coffee was freshly brewed and delicious. I ordered the cookie dough pancake breakfast and it was absolutely delightful. The hash browns were crispy and golden, and the bacon was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant the next time I visit my family.
One table in entire restaurant, waitress was to busy talking to another waitress to take orders or seat anyone else. Took forever to receive our food, hair on the toast and no silverware had to eat our breakfast at hotel with our fingers! Waitress disappeared to back sounded like a good time in the back no wonder no one could cook our order! People walked out tired of standing waiting to be seated or put in a take out order. Ridiculous!

Dined in last night. It's a Cook, a dishwasher, and a server on duty no other staff. Service was pristine and food was invigorating. What a pleasure we had dining here. We were greeted politely by James whom which informed us on understaffing and longer wait times which we did not even have to deal with. Excellent service, welcoming vibes, reasonable priced
We decided to give this Semoran branch a try for something different. The restaurant is very clean and the pancakes were just the perfect level of softness. It wasn't busy when we visited, which I appreciated especially during the pandemic. Diana, our server, was extremely friendly and outgoing. She was attentive throughout our meal. Many thanks to her.

I would advise you to stay far far away from this place. It's dirty, the staff is nasty, and the food is disgusting. I've seen rodents and bugs and even told the staff and nothing was done. I should've walked out how flipping gross!

My boyfriend ordered the superbird and the bread wasn't toasted and it was cold. My meal was bourbon chicken and it was very hot and delicious. Service was slow even though there were 2 waitresses and only 3 tables.
I have been coming here regularly for a few years now. Come every Saturday and I am always greeted by Diane and Nancy, always kind and appreciative. Thank you ladies!!
