Denny's - Table reservation

had a collection order for my family, when unpacking our order we noticed that we lacked a product. After the manager on service (taylor) originally would not take the call, I was told that she could not do anything for me, but no explanation why, she came a short time later on the phone to tell me that she was never trained to do refunds that is quite inconvenient for those in my situation. I received the general managername eric haze (gib or take) and after 9 o'clock call back the next day. fast forward the next day I called after 9am I was told that they are busy and I can not be helped again I ask to speak to the gm that is not on the phone, the man who takes the call as hanging on me at...

my fiancée and I did something doordash and there were these dame there, I don't know their names, but I think she's the manager, she had such an amazing imagination that when my fiancé and I were done for the day, we decided to go back to Dennys and eat only for her. we need more people like them on the world, they made my day and when someone else goes there, I hope she does you too. a smile does much to a person and she doesn't know how much I needed to see a smile on this day. also eating amazingly.

always consistent everyone I also have from florida boca raton to now otsego mn) and share in between. the staff is large and the chefs show their pride in every meal presentation. ?

Place was busy as always cuz it's so good.New employees to train and the owner she was so kind she took the time to walk out of the kitchen and greet me.. Bruce
