Sterne Koch Achim Krutsch gehört zu den absoluten Spitzenköchen Deutschlands.Der Schafhof bietet zwei Restaurants- Sterne-Restaurant ABT/SchÄFERSTUBE und ergänzend die Benediktinerstube mit mediterranen Köstlichkeiten.Wir hatten uns für das Sternelokal entschieden. Great food in a romantic set-up. The gourmet restaurant has a menu consisting of 2x 6-dish menus that you can mix and combine. The food quality was great, the wine selection was extensive and impressive. I'd take off half a star, although the service was too unprofessional. Most employees were young apprentices and this is not the standard for a 1 star Michelin Restaurant

Go here for a treat, because the 6 course meal is not cheap and if you add the wine, then it is a real treat. It is a great restaurant with excellent service and wonderful atmosphere. If you have a special occasion, treat yourself.

Everything was of top quality accept for the hotel room in the roof area and the plastic shower curtain.
