We had to be the first customers to arrive at the hotel. I give a 5 star rating to this hotel but it has so much to improve. Let's first talk about benefits. 1. This is the only hotel we have found in the region that allows skiing in and ski out. The ski room exit is the chairlift of the village. This is something that no other hotel in the region can do. The closest Sun Hotel has a lot of stairs to go, and the ESF has an office next to it, and there are also ESF courses that can be followed from the hotel. We spent 10 days at the Crests during Christmas holidays. We arrived on 23 December 2023, the day after the opening of this completely renovated hotel club, which is the first 5B hotel opened for a very long time by the Belambra group. a belambra club located in the center of the station and on the slopes, close to the main lifts. the ski resort overlooks the track. a very pleasant and attentive staff. the rooms are pleasant, with a bathroom with bathtub. food is quite satisfactory and varied, with a raclette or a fondue offered. the only suggestion: a little more laundry storage would be welcome, as well as a stricter application of the sanitary protocol to the refectory. an excellent stay at the end. Very beautiful hotel completely renovated with taste and very well placed at the departure of a chairlift. Good and varied meals, very friendly staff. Despite all we think there was a shortage of household staff, especially because our room was made once in 5 days. As well as at the bar level and especially at the restaurant.
