I've been a restaurant client for several years. The staff is kind and smiling. The dishes are fine, good and well proportioned. Snails bathe in sauces to fall. I'm surprised to scratch the bottom until the last drop. What to say of pavlova is that it has a balance between meringue, ice, fruit and cream that reveals the fragrances of each ingredient. Home charming, hotel decorated with a lot of taste, very pleasant terrace and royal breakfast.. The whole thing makes us want to go back on the occasion of a passage in the region! Only (light) flat: the waitress at dinner not very pleasant, and only one wine proposal with glass. But it's still an excellent address.
