Went on the 11/11/23 n driving from Luton to Coventry you would expect good food and good customer service. Not sure where to begin I ordered plain Sheekh kebabs and I asked for plain no sauce over the top test I get given sheekh kebabs covered in sauce I sent them back as it not what I order then they send them out again exactly the same when I said I want them Plain I was advised they come like this like seriously u make them the Pour sauce on them just dnt pour sauce after all that you wud things things couldn’t get any worse but then comes out my plain chicken curry covered in yogurt so again I had to complain as it wrong by this time my frnd had finished her food and I was just eating p...
Asked for a table of two and the receptionist took us straight upstairs where we weren’t aware there was shisha. We told the host that i am pregnant and they moved us to the side room we could still smell the shisha and we asked to be moved downstairs. (They should ask if we want to be seated there to begin with) Mains come out and I found a broken piece of plate in the coleslaw. It was actually in my mouth and I was lucky not to break a tooth. All we were offered was a free dessert. To be honest we should have had money off the bill for that and unfortunately its not worth coming back ever again.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. It took a long time to place our order and they got my friend's dietary restrictions wrong twice. My parmesan chicken was not presented well on the plate and was lukewarm, especially for the price of £22. I ended up leaving most of it uneaten. The floors were also very slippery, and I almost fell. When I mentioned this to a staff member, they said that customers falling on the floor was a common occurrence. The Farmhouse should prioritize health and safety and fix the floors before someone gets seriously injured.
I was served undercooked chicken at this restaurant. I do not recommend going here. If I could, I would give this place zero stars. I requested a jug of water from the waiter three times, but it was never brought to me. The staff treated me with disrespect and spoke to me in a strange manner. They did not serve me properly and I couldn't even get a simple glass of water. Overall, it was a waste of money and I regret coming here. This place is disgusting.

Lovely decor and food is nice , however not always consistent with being hot. I have been 3 times and twice the food hasn't been hot. The staff are pleasant and atmosphere is nice but the toilets are ridiculous which is let down as they are to small for the amount of people they old in te restaurant so there are often long queues. You need to add more as it isn't working the way it is.
My review is to say the food was amazing fast service and everything we had a nice private dining side room with only me and my family and a big shout out to our waiter Kush one of the amazing waiters there probably the best one there and other than that it was very great.
