we were very impressed by eating and service here! we ended with the fishing of the day (red snapper) and the ox tongue, and found them both to be delicious. her fresh koleslaw was also very good! for dessert we enjoyed an absolutely amazing coconut cream pipe, and the rumcake that was also top notch. I'd eat here in a way. the restaurant has done good work to respect the social distancing protocols. the decoration was very Caribbean looking and was quite eclectic and unique.
the BEST dinner. I can't wait to be back! we got married here a year ago and came back to the jubilee. we were blown away how good it was eating (no surprise there, because our high-time food was ridiculously delicious also we had the fish and chips and flank steak with garnel and it was all so good. I almost had to come home with all the good food and drink! her cocktails also hit it out of the park and I recommend them all to try, but above all the pain killer!
I absolutely adored this restaurant! Normally we prefer staying in hotels, but we decided to mix things up a bit and try something new. The common area is cozy and features real wood burning fireplaces. As for the rooms...
The rooms at this restaurant are amazing and clean! We had the pleasure of staying in a loft king room with a stunning view of the Rockies. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the rooms were very spacious.
