I am extremely disappointed with the restaurant owner. She was rude and unhelpful. My chef and I placed an order that was confirmed, but when I went to pick it up at noon, the owner claimed she didn't receive it and refused to help. She dismissed me and told me to contact the food delivery service. She ignored me for the rest of my visit, refusing to remake my order and prioritizing other customers. I used to love their food, but the way I was treated was appalling. This was not the first time they had let me down. I had forgiven other mistakes in the past because I enjoyed their food so much. However, after this incident, my coworkers and I have decided not to support a small business that...
I was able to phone in my sandwich order. I ordered the no#3, ham and mortadella with provolone. I then had pickle, olive, easy lettuce and of course extra onion. I have nobody to impress so why not? Then got to have vinegar added. This was for next days lunch but did not make it. Oh man o man this was a great sandwich. My new favorite Deli.
This deli near my home is excellent. The sandwiches are definitely worth the price. I highly recommend trying the Philly cheesesteak or the Isotope Triple Decker Grilled sandwich - you won't be hungry later. The staff are friendly and efficient. I always bring my food to eat in Spruce Park.

I was eating with my daughter there today. we share the aubergine and the albuquerque blt. both sandwiches were from this world. the brot was delicious. absolutely the best I ever had. pretty, fast and very reasonable. I can't wait to go back.
