Diablo's Cantina - Table reservation

Hello Hunny Bees ? ? ? ??it's your girl Hunny with a review of another business.We came to the MGM for the Kem concert. I absolutely love him. Anyway we had a reservation with an Italian restaurant but Michelle wanted street food so Diablo's Cantina it is. We arrive on time for our reservation and we were not seated on time. The atmosphere looks like a sports bar. The music is good. Our server was running around like a chicken with his head cut off and it wasn't even that busy.I ordered the Shrimp Quesadilla as my starter and ordered Pargo Relleno as my entree which they were out of at 7pm and they don't even close to midnight! Rachel at Diablo Cantina is an absolute gem of a server. From the moment we were seated, her warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring our drinks were never empty and our orders were promptly taken. Rachel's knowledge of the menu was impressive, providing helpful recommendations and answering any questions we had with enthusiasm. Her efficiency and professionalism were evident throughout our meal, and her genuine friendliness made us feel like valued guests. First time coming and enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. They have good food, service, and exquisite decor. I went on a Thursday and they offer free dance lessons and have a DJ playing bachata, merengue, and salsa.
