Diablo's Southwest Grill

The staff turn over at this location over the last few months has left this place in bad shape. If you want food here go inside DO NOT call in your food it will without fail be wrong. My family and I all get very simple orders but everytime we call in food something ends up being incorrect. Wrong type of protein, wrong rice, order cheese dip and get none, request salsa and get none, the list goes on and on. It's good food but if you don't have time to order in the restaurant do not waste your time or money. It's a shame really because this used to be our go to fast casual food, that is no longer the case.

I usually like Diablos, however going to this location has soured my whole opinion. My wife and I waited in line we were the only people in line) for a good 10 minutes before one of the 6 ladies there took notice of us. Our food was disgusting and my food, was brought to a different table. The staff was rude and completely discourteous and the nacho cheese my wife ordered had lumps in it and was cold.Over all even though I have been a fan of the restaurant since it started, I will not be returning for a long time.

eating is generally great, but the portion size is a lottery. I had burritos that were filled correctly and I had burritos that were pathetic. the ingredients are definitiv higher than the other burrito places. I wish they were more consistent.

this place is awesome to build their own burrito, burrito shoot, tacos or quesadilla. if they like the idea of chipotle, but actually want good food, then this is the place. I like the huh they cook over open flame.

They have good food and good prices the guacamole and the chips that they make there are awesome!!
