Honestly most horrible experience ever witnessed. If I could give this a 0 star, I would give it a 0. Spent OVER $100 just to receive stubborn cold food, was not cooked properly and was super hard and cold, had to ask several times to microwave the food. Didn’t end up eating the food at all because of how disgusting it tasted, the eggs tasted sour, probably expired food. The crispy fish was extremely hard, hurt my teeth to bite. service was horribly slow which was understandable as there were many people but the staff were not nice at all. Very confined place for food, had only 8 tiny tables. We already waited for a while. We had the milk pudding, but it is very unappetable, it is only basically pearls and random puddings that were unloaded in condensed milk. The shaved ice was great, but it's definitely worth it. The waiter / the cashier went outside, instead of tilting the store. The music drove me crazy and I could not find napkins because the entire store is so tight that I did not know where to pay the money. The place was also very dirty, the bowls were wet and tables and walls were scattered with dirty things ... not sure about the hot food, but if you really want to come here, buy only the shaved ice and not the puddin...
First time here and i was excited to try some of their flavoured roll selection. Picked a mango and earl grey roll to take home for dessert and what a disappointment. Mango one it's basically a plain roll with some food colouring in it zero taste of mango and the cream inside it's rock hard. The earl grey one same rock hard feelings and barely any taste of the tea. Massive let down for almost 20$ There is definitely better places in Hurstville to get some dessert and this's not one of them.
The Taiwanese beef and the chest noodle of Taiwanese style, the broth was bitter from excessive star Anis, meat was hard and stringy. In any case, not Taiwanese style - but the broth can be good for people with cold and flu. Ham and egg sandwich looked dry and was dry as my novel grandmother. Rice with minced meat (large) served in a bent box, had three parts of VEG. Mehm ... will continue to search ...

Food here is decent if you crave for taiwanese street snacks. Tried a variety over multiple times and cant say they are good in 1 dish. However rated this lower simply because of the guy who is manning the cash register and serving food. Literally with a scowl of unhappiness. Id rather have plain rice than to face this young man.
