This restaurant was a disappointment. The beans tasted canned, the rice was dry, and the plate was greasy, with only the tamale benefiting from the moisture. The enchiladas I ordered had meat and cheese that slid out of the tortilla due to the grease. It seemed like the entire plate had been microwaved before being served because nothing tasted fresh. Overall, it was a negative experience.

I had a GREAT Lunch at Diaz. Not a long wait Time. The staff was not in a hurry to get your order out to you. They was more interested in listen to your request. Then getting it to you hot and fresh. $5,99 Lunch specials
