They are amazing. Staff takes pride in all they do. They are friendly, have great customer care and service. We were asked if we would be dining in or not and as I was trying to decide the young man stated how honored he'd be if we ate there and was able to enjoy the cleanly environment he'd just ensured we'd have. As we sat and ate he told us how often bread is baked in house, what happens to bread left at the end of each day (they donate it not throw it away). Love this place
I lived on DiBella’s subs during my time in Rochester and hadn’t had the pleasure of having an old fashioned sub since (over 20 years). When I saw there was a DiBellas near my hotel, I had to stop in. It was as good as I remembered it and absolutely love the everything bread!
I was traveling and I'd like to try local places. As I looked at the menu the staff helped me find what I wanted with a smile. They recommended the godfather because I asked for spicy and it was excellent. I will definitely return next time I'm in town.
They need to have more meat and cheese to the ratio of bread which is delicious..also have more fresh vegetables to choose as toppings.
