It is Ohio Valley/Steubenville style, which is a thin/Sicilian hybrid with a slightly thicker crust cooked in baking sheet pans. Love the Pizza but they are never open for lunch so I never get the chance to go. Not sure how a place stays in business by only being open for 4 hours each day.EDIT: Took a star away for the rude response. Jap in a creditor now. I admit I posted some funny jokes, but the jokes on me. Tryed it for the first time and loved it!. I'm not a cheese eater except pizza (Sorry Bande just doesn't like cheese). I talked to the owner about my cheese problem. He explained how to present her style of pizza(which is more than far to say imo), but he definitely did. I have to say I'm going back absolutely! Love! We're in the car.
Their pizza is one of a kind. The crust is homemade and the cheese is always fresh. But the best part of the pizza is the cold cheese on top. It makes you have to eat the pizza in the car before going home or getting a take and bake to try to recreate a similar scenario at home. This no frills pizza shop is a staple to my week!
Great pizza, but told it would be about 30 minutes which is fine, but when I get there, I have to wait 40 more minutes… no exaggeration. Sadly this isn’t the first time this has happened at Hilliard DiCarlos.
