We went there for dinner and I was looking forward to it had been wanting a good chopped beef brisket sandwich for a long time. Only to be left disappointed. Firstly my son ordered the smoked sausage plate with the 2 sides, the sausage wasn't even hot nor were the sides. Then My husband ordered a baked potato with the chopped brisket and it also was not hot, I myself ordered a chopped brisket sandwich plate with 2 sides, my sides were not hot at all nor was the brisket, my husband returned his potato for another and said it was a little better but my son ate his food, I couldn't eat mine, the manager did offer to remake the plate but my thinking was its going to be coming from the exact same...
We ordered Ubereats from here and did pickup. They had the order ready to go and was very nice and included 3 or 4 extra sauce when I only paid for one extra which really made the difference because there are as enough to go around. The food was really good. The chicken was cooked perfectly and very moist and the brisket was really flavorful and tender. The baked BBQ beans were a big hit, some of the best I've had. I would definitely order from them again. (I did not share the leftovers). Inside of the restaurant is pretty cool it's well themed and has come arcade games for kids. It's like a old timey western theme. Really cool.
We hadn't eaten like a million years at Dickies, but we were looking for a place to eat and we were right in front of Dickies, so we said okay, weren't there forever, but we checked it. The meat was brilliant, especially the smoked turkey. OMG! Unbelievable, so tender and juicy. We wanted to bring our Thanksgiving turkey and let her cook. We always have Rudys for BBQ, but now I'm sorry, Rudys, you're still great, but now we'll get ALWAYS Dickies for BBQ. If you want the tenderest smoked turkey you'll ever find, go to Dickies. It rained when we left. No, but the staff was there. After we took a few minutes to get our order went to sit. Just where the drink was dripping water on you when you got your drink. Another family came in and got wet. When it was pointed out to an employee, their idea was to come out to handle the leak and Hollor with another employee, f___k this s__t, let the day manager handle it. I don't even work there, but I was embarrassed for the family with a young child who had to hear that.
Food was horrible, ordered the Brisket, Chilli,beer cheese fries. It didn't look nothing like the picture. Basically wash just Chilli cheese fries. I had to go back and ask for some brisket on my fries and they tried to tell me the brisket was in the chili cheese. No thanks,I won't be back.Food: 1/5
Lousy service you get there and the guys don't take your order you have to ask the cashier admins the corner to help you and she'll get the cooks. At least the cashier was friendly. They don't have Mac and cheese they have some other pasta but it's not that good. The mashed potatoes were cold.

Great food. Friendly staff. Was on the app to order to get a discount, but luckily it didn't work because I ordered the same by the drive thru and it was actually like $5 cheaper. Whenever I had eaten, it was clean and tidy. By the way, the drive was pretty fast. Food: 5/5
