Hello together, as a tour driver I come by many bakeries. But at the Bäckerei Lohners in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg, I'm going to pass more often. Super service, very delicious baked goods and a great ambience to sit. I was already at many Lohner's branches, but no matter if Koblenz or another branch comes to Ginsheim-Gustavsburg. A special praise goes to Frau Eisenhut for her super love and excellent service. Always happy. Great praise and thank you.
The new owner is so disrespectful and unfriendly so I've never experienced anything strangely that many are not happy with her. Am Mittwoch bestellte ich einen Kaffee und fragte nach Zucker, ein junger Angestellter schrie mich an, wie kann ich nicht sehen, wo der Zucker liegt? Ich fragte auch, ob ich für einen Moment einen Stift leihen könnte, und der gleiche junge Verkäufer, der nicht gut Deutsch spricht, schrie mich wieder an, dass er nichts mehr bekomme. War mal gut, jetzt nur noch überteuert. Hygiene unterirdisch, vor allem die Toilette. 1 Euro soll man zahlen, auch als Kunde, der beim Bäcker verzehrt. Tische schmutzig. Nicht einladend. Personal teilweise sehr pampig. Nie wieder.
Das Personal ist nicht bemüht mit der Kundenzufriedenheit. Meist gibt es morgens um 7h noch keine Brötchen. Die Ausreden sind immer dieselben. Man merkt das dort jegliche Motivation fehlt
