We stopped here twice during our visit. One celuac and three regulars. The first time I ordered the ofenfrisches schweinsbratl im weissbiersaftl (oven roasted pork in gluten free beer) instead of dumplings they serve roasted potatoes and sourkraut. Very good. No issues or reactions so went back the next night and had the weisswurst-erdäpfelgröstl (sliced sausages, potatoes, onions cooked skillet style) with kraut another tasty meal. No reactions or issues. Very good food, publike, friendly staff willing to listen and make recommendations.

Fantastic place to visit if you are in Salzburg! The vibe in here is fantastic, full of locals enjoying their evening eating and drinking along with visitors like us too. Really comfortable place to spend an evening. Bit times we visited there was nowhere to sit but the great bar staff soon sorted that and squeezed us in. The food is very tasty and the GF beer is unreal!

It was a beautiful April day, and we sat outside in the courtyard. My GF sister had the GF pork and I had a GF salad with steak. My non GF husband had a meal he enjoyed too. My sister really enjoyed their own GF beer. While in Vienna, she was excited to find the same beer at another restaurant.

They have gluten free options clearly stated, not to many but you can make a choice. Their gf beer is very tasty. The staff was knowledgeable about what was gf and made a note on our food.
