Their pizze used to be really good until maybe mid last year or so, then something happened, not sure what maybe they changed the pizzaiolo or something, and thus it just started getting worse and worse. Pizza dough gets totally overcooked to the point of being burnt at times, toppings do not get cut properly and are just dumped in a pile and also their pizze have become way too greasy, so recently ordering from Dieci has turned out to be quite an unpleasant experience all in all.
Apparently, their pizze are getting worse by day and, at this point, they have become totally inedible. The dough is brick-hard, burnt out and totally dried up, quantity of toppings is miniscule, and the only good thing still remaining is that the delivery is quick. Although this does not help much, especially so at this price (at which you can get an authentic Neapolitan pizza). Even kebab/doener places do better pizze let alone normal Italian restaurants.
Pizza was very good in itself, but the delivery person was very rude, not a good day and goodbye, nothing. In addition, she only sent me a text message and called me once, I went out onto the street 3 minutes after the call, where I didn't see any Dieci delivery van. (Doorbell apparently didn't exist... After several attempts to reach her, I was pushed away. After 1 hour the pizza finally arrived, but it was ice cold. Very disappointed....
While it's nice to have the option, their cheese didn't fully convince me. I would not recommend the pizza margherita, where it is the main ingredient, but it was doing better in the pizza giardino, where it mainly added texture. You'll have to try yourself if you prefer this cheese or a cheese-less pizza. Book a table now
I ordered two pizzas on a Saturday night, one with vegan mozzarella !!!!! and one normal, and what can I say: both excellent! Really happy to have found this pizzeria that also does home delivery free delivery! . Unfortunately I have no photos to add, because hunger won, but I highly recommend it!!!
They had already made a mistake 3 times on orders (presence of a food item while the request indicated without , but on the last one they refused to acknowledge their error, therefore neither refund nor correct order... Lamentable !
I order here more than I should lol. Good make-your-own pizza, the only one in Fribourg to offer a vegan cheese as far as I know. I wouldn’t have the Margherita. The cheese is only good when combined with other toppings.
